Preserving the Harvest

A workshop on canning, fermenting, and kitchen herbalism.

In this workshop you’ll learn water bath and pressure-canning techniques, as well as the basics of fermentation for vegetables such as cabbage and carrots. We will create a few herbal vinegars and other products for you to take home.
