The Sweetgrass Farm Stop is a collaboration between three independent Montana producers — Greycliff Creek Ranch, Hoof & Leaf Co., and Living Soil Farm. We believe that good food starts with healthy soil, happy animals, and producers who care deeply about their land and community. By working together, we make it easier for you to enjoy fresh, local food with one simple order each week.
